2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full before scheduling coaching sessions.

All purchases are final, and refunds are not available once a coaching service or session has started.

Please note that all rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. If there are any extenuating circumstances that may affect this, kindly let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to engage in respectful communication.

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All work submitted must be original.

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior.

USA College Coach is not responsible for any admissions outcomes, financial aid decisions, or actions taken by universities. Our guidance is meant to assist, but final application decisions remain the responsibility of the student.
